Two children and two adults are in the hospital after the driver of a car crashed into them in Adelphi, Maryland, Monday morning.
Two children and two adults are in the hospital after the driver of a car crashed into them in Adelphi, Maryland, Monday morning.
It happened just after 7 a.m. at the intersection of Buck Lodge and Riggs Road, just east of the George Washington/Mt. Lebanon Cemeteries.
Prince George’s County police said the driver hit the four people and then stayed on the scene.
One of the adults was described as being in critical condition. The two children and one of the adults were said to be in stable condition.
Police gave no further information on the crash.
First responders from neighboring Montgomery County also assisted at the scene.
