All three teams to will be challenging for the final two Champions League places, assuming Liverpool and Manchester City both take up two of them.
Only three teams reached the 70 goal mark in last season’s Premier League, Man City and Liverpool bagged 99 and 94 goals respectively, while Chelsea scored 76.
Tottenham were one goal short of the mark last time out, while United were 13 goals short in what was an exceptionally disappointing season.
Chelsea had a difficult summer to start off with, being unable buy or sell players or extend contracts meaning centre backs Antonio Rudiger and Andreas Christensen were both forced to depart on free transfers.
Now under new ownership, the Blues have signed Raheem Sterling from Manchester City and Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli, and are being heavily linked with the signing of Nathan Ake too.
Last summer’s £102million pound signing Romelu Lukaku has been sent back to Inter Milan on loan for the season.
The Stamford Bridge club will hope that their transfer window has been strong enough for them to maintain their 3rd place finish last season and aim for potentially higher this time out.

Manchester United had a season to forget last year, finishing sixth in the league and exiting all three cup competitions in the early rounds.
Former Ajax boss Erik ten Hag has been named the club’s new manager in a bid to turn the tide and direct the club back into the Champions League places.
The Red Devils have also been busy this summer, securing the signings of Lisandro Martinez from Ajax, Tyrell Malacia from Feyenoord and Christian Eriksen on a free from Brentford.
The club have been trying to sign Barcelona midfielder Frenkie de Jong all summer, with a fee agreed between the two sides but the the Dutchman remains unwilling to leave.
Antonio Conte has had a very strong transfer window too, as his Spurs side look to build on their fourth-place finish last season.
The North London side’s squad depth looks much stronger this time out, having bought Richarlison from Everton, Yves Bissouma from Brighton, signed Clement Lenglet from Barcelona on loan and picked up Ivan Perisic and Fraser Forster on free signings.
