Lewandowski, 33, forced through an exit from the Allianz Arena and has put pen to paper on a four-year contract at the Nou Camp.
The transfer sees Barca pay £38million with a further £4m in add-ons.
His release clause has been set at a staggering £426m should anyone try and buy the Polish international.
Barca agreed a deal three days ago and now Lewandowski has flown to Miami to meet his new team-mates and successfully passed his medical.
But Nagelsmann and Bayern are fuming Barca managed to get the deal over the line.
There was already bad blood between the two clubs following the failed breakaway European Super League last year.
And now the relationship has worsened as Barca – who were in £1billion of debt last year – have somehow managed to land another big signing.
Nagelsmann told Bild: “Barcelona, the only club that has no money but then… buys every player they want.
“I do not know how [they do it].
“It‘s kind of weird, kind of crazy.”
In January, Barca brought in Ferran Torres for around £45m and this summer’s spending has now exceeded £90m following the arrivals of Lewandowski, Pablo Torre and Raphinha.
