Dan Snyder and the Washington Commanders have been sued again, this time by the alleged owners of the original HOGS trademark.

Washington legends Joe Jacoby, Mark May, John Riggins, Fred Dean, and Doc Walker are suing Snyder over copyright compensation claims related to “The Hogs” legacy.

“The newly created Washington Commanders are a different franchise with a completely different team name that we believe has no legal claim to the original HOGS legacy and brand created 40 years ago,” Seth Berenzweig, lead attorney with O-Line entertainment said in a press release.
