Fans left feeling sick as Jarrod Bowen shows off ‘dislocated finger’ after West Ham star scores against Wolves
JARROD BOWEN appeared to “dislocate his finger” after scoring for West Ham against Wolves this evening.
The England international doubled his side’s lead with a brilliant swivel and finish on 54 minutes.
He wheeled away in celebration, being greeted by delighted team-mates Declan Rice and Kurt Zouma.
Moments later his smile turned to a grimace, with his finger appearing to point in the wrong direction.
And fans quickly suspected that Bowen had dislocated it.
But he was able to soldier on after receiving a bit of treatment.
As an image of the 25-year-old’s injury circulated online, one fan wrote: “Bowen’s finger… I don’t think it’s supposed to bend like that”.
The squeamish social media user then continued: “I just shivered man”.
A second fan similarly added: “Bowen mate I don’t think your finger is supposed to bend like that.”
While another wrote alongside a picture of the gruesome injury: “Nope nope nope.”

A fourth tweeted: “OUCH!!!!! Bowen dislocated his finger.”
And a further supporter joked: “Support group for everyone who briefly saw Bowen’s finger then please.”
Bowen’s goal was a crucial one for David Moyes’ side, who went into the match languishing in the bottom three.
Gianluca Scamacca’s brilliant first-half strike gave them the lead.
Before Bowen’s strike gave them a much-appreciated safety net… even if it came at a painful cost.
