CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly higher Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Mar. rose 8 cents at $7.4725 a bushel; Dec. corn was up 7.50 cents at $6.4125 a bushel; Mar. oats declined 41 cents at $3.36 a bushel; while Jan. soybeans advanced 29 cents at 14.6625 a bushel.
Beef was higher and pork was lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Dec. live cattle was up .90 cent at $1.5425 a pound; Jan. feeder cattle rose 2.10 cents at $1.8390 a pound; Dec. lean hogs was off .90 cent at $.8195 a pound.
