CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were mostly lower Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade. Wheat for Dec. declined 25.75 cents at $8.01 a bushel; Dec. corn was off 5.50 cents at $6.5525 a bushel; Dec. oats was up 8.50 cents at $3.9925 a bushel; while Nov. soybeans fell 7 cents at 14.418 a bushel.
Beef was lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
Dec. live cattle was off .33 cent at $1.5137 a pound; Nov. feeder cattle fell .45 cent at $1.7622 a pound; Dec. lean hogs rose .78 cent at $.8555 a pound.
