Watch Joe Hart collapse to floor after ‘brutal knock out’ as fans rip into him for faking injury in Celtic win

And after a brief pause, the former Manchester City stopper then collapsed to the floor.
His delayed reaction had fans ripping into Hart on social media.
One said: “Joe Hart brutally knocked out in todays Celtic v Motherwell clash. Not for the faint hearted.”
Another said: “Sending my prayers to Joe Hart at this difficult time…”
One added: “He’s lucky to be alive. Thoughts and prayers.”
Celtic won the game 2-1 and top the Scottish Premiership, two points above rivals Rangers.

“Especially when you’ve lost your previous game, you don’t want to get into that rut where you make things difficult for yourself, so it was important to win.
“We certainly created enough chances to win the game more comfortably than we did.
“We had a couple of self-inflicted wounds, so probably made it closer than it should’ve been.”
He added: “We hit the post twice so we were unlucky.
“But we could’ve been more ruthless and efficient in the final third – we had some chances we usually take which we didn’t today.
“So, along with giving them a goal it kept them in the game and made it more difficult than it should’ve been.”
